Hosting Private Events
Reserve our beautiful and intimate upper deck space, rent out the entire tasting room after business hours, or hire Majestic Oak Vineyard to pour wine at a location of your choosing for your next event.
Upper Deck Rental
Guests can reserve the upper deck for wine tasting for 15-25 people. For $25 per person, your group will have the opportunity to taste four exquisite wines made at our winery in Ojai.
For guest groups of 15-35 people, wine-by-the glass can be served. A case purchase can be customized to your choosing, creating a personalized wine experience for you and your party attendees.
Site Fees*
Monday - Thursday = $100
Friday - Sunday = $200
* Club members receive a discounted site fee. Additionally, the club discount will apply to the wine purchase.
The site fee includes two hours of service from two dedicated and professional staff members. 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to the wine purchase. Guests are permitted to bring in outside food. A complete list of policies will be outlined prior to booking.

After-Hours Venue Rental
For guest groups of 36-75 people, wine-by-the glass can be served. This rental option includes service on our lower patio, indoor tasting room, and the upper deck. A two-case purchase can be customized to your choosing, creating a personalized wine experience for you and your party attendees.

All days of the week = $2,400

Wine club members will not receive a discount on their site fee. However, their club discount will apply to their wine purchase.
Hire Majestic Oak Vineyard to Pour Wine at your Next Event
We’re not your everyday bartenders. We are customer-centric servers who are extremely knowledgeable about our vineyard and wines.
With a highly personalized wine and service experience, we are available to come to a venue of your choice within the Ojai Valley to serve you and your guests.
15-35 Guests = $400
Dedicated staff members will pour Majestic Oak Vineyard wine for two hours. One case of wine is required to purchase. Case selections are customizable based on inventory and availability.
36-75 Guests = $600
Dedicated staff members will pour Majestic Oak Vineyard wine for three hours. Two cases of wine are required to purchase. Case selections are customizable based on inventory and availability.
The booking fee includes use and cleaning of our stemware glasses and a portable bar that we provide to support our service. Additionally, the booking fee includes transportation of the wine purchase, servers’ hourly payment, set up and tear down of the bar. 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to the wine purchase.
