What is the MOV Passport

The MOV Summer Passport is a fun challenge exclusively for our Wine Club members! Throughout the summer, you'll complete winery activities, collect stamps, and earn rewards along the way. It's our way of saying thank you for being part of the Majestic Oak family while encouraging you to experience everything our winery has to offer.

How do I get started?

Simply pick up your Summer Passport during your next visit to Majestic Oak Vineyard.

From there:

  • Complete the activities listed in your passport.

  • Ask a team member for a stamp each time you finish an activity.

  • Collect and complete before the promotion ends.

  • Turn in your completed passport to claim your reward.

No registration is required— Just pick up a passport and start exploring!

What are the Activities?

Activities are designed to help you experience Majestic Oak in new ways and may include:

  • Visiting the tasting room

  • Bringing a first-time guest

  • Purchasing a bottle outside your club allocation

  • Enjoying our wine with friends

  • Sharing your visit on social media

    To name a few.

‍ ‍HOT TIP: always date the square when you complete it. This will help staff check faster when redeeming it for a stamp.

What if I don't have Social Media?

No problem! We want everyone to be able to participate.

If you don't use social media, you are welcome to email us or text us proof of a photo challenge. With your permission, we can post on your behalf.

So you can still earn your stamp and complete your passport.

When does my Passport expire?

All passport activities must be completed by Oct 1st, and completed passports must be turned in by the posted redemption deadline. Grand prize drawing will take place on NOV. 1st

Game Rules

  • The Summer Passport is available exclusively to active Majestic Oak Vineyard wine club members. Not available to membership is on hold.

  • One passport per wine club membership

  • Participants must be 21 years of age or older.

Earning Rewards

  • Collect stamps to earn the Summer Passport completion reward.

  • Complete all passport activities to qualify for the Grand Prize drawing and earn ultimate bragging rights.

  • Passports must be turned in by the posted deadline to be eligible for prizes.

Activity Guidelines

  • Some activities require an in-person visit.

  • Social media participation, email, or text is accepted to collect stamps.

  • Guest-related activities apply to first-time visitors only unless otherwise specified.

  • All activity completion is subject to verification by Majestic Oak Vineyard staff.

Prizes

  • Prizes have no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, or substituted.

  • Grand Prize winners will be announced after the passport promotion concludes.

Additional Information

  • Lost or damaged passports cannot be replaced with previously earned stamps.

  • Majestic Oak Vineyard reserves the right to modify activities, rewards, or program dates if necessary.

  • Any attempt to falsify stamps or activities will result in disqualification.

What are the prizes?

Complete all activities and earn an exclusive Majestic Oak Summer Passport reward. Turn in your passport to the tasting with all stamps completed.

Completed Passports are entered into one big grand prize.

additional prize, like MOV swag, wine, and always serious bragging rights!

Grand Prize will be hosted at the Winery, with the winemaker; there will be lots of wine, food, and fun. The grand prize will be good for up to 8 total guests. It will be a night to remember.

Rewards may include merchandise, limited wines, special tasting experiences, or other surprises available only to Summer Passport participants.
